When you are losing weight, you want to feel great and look great at the same time. Some of these weight loss tips should be the solution for you. Each one is a common sense tip to help you to look great, and lose weight. They are good for inclusion into any type of weight loss program that you choose to implement. Each one can be used on its own, or in combination with any type of program that you would be on for maximum weight loss potential.

Diet Control And Exercise

This is the top one of many weight loss tips. Diet control and exercise go hand in hand for controlling your weight. Exercising at least three times a week minimum and controlling what you eat will help you lose weight.  Avoid sugar and sugar substitutes, avoid fast food, and eat meat that is lean and either broiled or baked. This pertains to chicken and fish. Drink plenty of water. Walk around the block. All these are good sense tips to help you to lose the weight that you want.

Vitamins are good for you

When speaking about weight loss tips, one that is little understood is the vitamin angle. Vitamins are good for you and can replace some of the vitamins and minerals that you lose when losing weight. Only take natural supplements, as you can overdo the vitamin things. With any vitamin or herbal remedy, you need to keep these to a minimum. You can consult with a nutritionist, but buy on your own. While taking these are good for you, there is a chance that you could overdo, so keep the supplements to a minimum. This is a safety issue mainly as some herbs and supplements in large doses can be fatal. A doctor should be consulted before taking any of these types of supplements.

Maintain Your Priorities

Another weight loss tips is maintaining your priorities.  When you are going for sandwich for example, do you really need the extra mayonnaise? You also need to remember to maintain your food and exercise goals. Sticking to them may be difficult, but it will help keep you on track with your weight loss goals. By prioritizing your needs, and keeping those priorities, you will be well on your way to the weight loss that you want, without have a train wreck or two.  Even if you do slide, with priorities in place, you will be able to recover from a slip or two.

Set Realistic Goals

Weight loss tips also point out that you need to set realistic goals for yourself such as amount of weight lost in a specific time frame. Unrealistic weight goals such as 50 lbs in a week are the number one reason that diets fail. Your progress must be slow and steady, not crazy dieting. Be realistic when setting goals and strive for them. You are not superhuman, but human, so plan your goals accordingly. By having a realistic goal, you are increasing your chances of losing the weight.

Eyes are the most valuable part of our body. Without this the whole world is black. It is very powerful sense in the human body. To keep this secure and healthy there are many herbal supplements, nutritional supplements and vitamin supplements.

We can protect our eyes and improve our eye sight with the help of some nutritional supplements, vitamin supplements and regular exercise. We should consume the recommended vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that we need in order to keep our eyes healthy. There are few nutrients that are known to be especially associated with visual health.

Antioxidant vitamins are very good for eyes. It helps to combat free radicals. The primary antioxidant vitamins include Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E. In addition to their important action against free radicals they promote healthy cells and tissues in the eye. These vitamin supplements are effective in maintaining the good health of the eyes.

In addition to the vitamin supplements that promote visual health there are several minerals that have been determined to play a significant role in the good health of the eyes. Zinc, Selenium, Manganese and Copper are the important minerals that serve to regulate sight, smell and taste. Combination vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc and copper prevent vision loss in older age.

Nutritional supplements do have a place in maintaining proper health, and disease prevention. Nutritional supplements can certainly help in maintaining the eye sight, but they are no substitute for proper, balanced eating, 7-8 hours of good sleep, regular exercise, and stress reduction.

Those seeking to benefit from nutritional supplements designed to promote visual health and healing should familiarize themselves with the most common vitamins and minerals in these supplements. Consulting an eye specialist and licensed nutritionist would be very helpful in planning the nutritional supplements for the eyes.

There are many methods to treat and cure acne – both natural and conventional methods. While vitamins and supplements may not be the cure – all for acne by themselves, they play an important role along with a healthy diet, to help your body maintain it\’s defenses and stay in optimum condition, thereby helping you to cure your acne and prevent future outbreaks of acne.

Studies have shown that certain vitamins and supplements are good for people with acne and they are:

* Vitamin A – Vitamin A is an anti-oxidant that eliminates toxins and impurities from the body, in fact, a lack of vitamin A can actually cause acne. Vitamin A also protects the skin and causes a reduction in sebum (which can clog pores). The recommended dose is 10,000 IU\’s of vitamin A per day.

* Vitamin B COMPLEX – Which Includes:

Vitamin B 1 – Thiamine. Vitamin B 1 is also an anti-oxidant which eliminates toxins from the body and helps circulation. Recommended dose: 20 – 25 mg. per day

Vitamin B 2 – Riboflavin. Vitamin B 2 enhances the skin, hair and nails. A deficiency of B 2 can eventually cause acne. Recommended dose for acne: 100 – 300 mg. per day.

Vitamin B 3 – Niacinamide. Vitamin B 3 is essential for body metabolism, and enhances circulation. A deficiency of B3 can cause acne.

Vitamin B 5 – Pantothentic Acid. Vitamin B 5 is essential for treating acne. It reduces stress and allows the adrenal glands to function properly. A lot has been said about a supposed \” B 5 acne cure \” which involves taking large amounts of B 5 daily, which can have side-effects. The normal dosage of B 5 is 500 mg. per day. * Ask your Doctor before taking large amounts of vitamin B 5. *

Vitamin B 6 – Pyridoxine. Vitamin B 6 is extremely important for immune system function. A deficiency of B 6 can cause acne. Recommended dose is 100 – 300 mg per day.

Also Important For Treating Acne:

Vitamin C – Vitamin C is the \”Immunity Vitamin\”. It helps protect against infections, has anti-oxident properties, and helps formation of collagen and elastin of the skin. A deficiency of Vitamin C can cause wrinkling of the skin. Vitamin C with Bioflavanoids is superior. Recommended dose for acne is 1000 – 3000 mg per day.

Vitamin E – Vitamin E is a healing vitamin that is very good for the skin. It repairs tissues and has anti-oxidant properties. Vitamin E can also be applied directly to the skin and has been used to treat scars and burns. d-alpha vitamin E is superior to dl- alpha, but is more expensive. Recommended dose is 400 mg per day.

Zinc - Zinc supplementation when taken with vitamins has been shown to reduce acne severity in clinical studies. According to the experts, the dosage of zinc for acne is 30 mg – 2 – 3 times per day for 2 – 3 months, then take just 30 mg per day as a supplement.

The Essential Fatty Acids (EFA\’s) – Are highly recommended for treating acne as they have anti-inflammatory properties. They Are:

Flaxseed Oil – Available in Liquid and Capsules. Recommended dose for acne is 1 Tbs of flaxseed oil per day, OR 1 flaxseed capsule of 3,000 mg twice per day.

Fish Oil – Also available as a liquid or in capsules. There are various strengths of fish oil, depending on the manufacturer. The fish oil capsules are easier to take as the liquid has a strong fish smell and taste that not many people can put up with. A fish oil capsule of 1,000 mg per day is recommended.

* NOTE: Do NOT take fish oil if you have a known fish allergy. Do NOT take fish oil, flaxseed oil, or vitamin E if you are going to have surgery within 2 weeks, OR you are taking blood-thinning medication.

Be sure to consult your doctor before starting any vitamin and/or supplement regimen.

While our digestive system seems better equipped to absorb liquid vitamins and minerals rather than those in tablet or capsule form, you may wish to make some comparisons before you decide which is better for you.

Here are some advantages of liquid vitamins:

·         They absorb more quickly.  A liquid vitamin-mineral product will get into your system within minutes after consuming it, whereas tablets and capsules could take between 2 and 6 hours.

·         They absorb more completely.   It is said that a liquid vitamin-mineral product has from 85%, even up to 98% absorbency.  Many of the vitamin pills sold on the market have only 10 to 30% absorbency.  The cheaper over the counter vitamin pills would generally be less absorbent than your higher priced and pharmaceutical grades.

·         They can actually taste good.  This, of course, depends on the manufacturer.  Some liquid vitamins might taste pretty bad, too.  But there are good-tasting ones available.

·         It is easier to put a lot of beneficial ingredients in a liquid product than in a tablet or capsule.   For example, a good liquid-vitamin mineral can contain many vitamins, phytonutrients, herbs, trace minerals, antioxidants and more.  Try to put all that into a tablet or capsule and you either will end up with a very large, hard-to-swallow pill or perhaps, need to take several pills everyday.

So, what are the disadvantages to liquid vitamins?  Actually I can only think of a couple drawbacks to a liquid vitamin supplement.  One drawback is that it does weigh more.  Thus, the shipping of the product to you will be more than having pills sent to you.  Also, if you travel a lot, you may want to have a small container to put it in.

What?  You don’t even take a vitamin supplement?  Consider the following.  Taking a good liquid vitamin-mineral supplement can provide numerous benefits to your health.  It could help your immune system, which means you may have fewer sick days and be less likely to develop any diseases.  Other possible benefits include:  increasing energy, helping you to combat stress, help for your heart, memory, vision, digestion, and bones.  So, if you don’t already take a really good vitamin-mineral supplement, I hope you will now consider doing it.

Personally, one of the things I like best about the liquid vitamin I take, is that I don’t have to swallow a bunch of pills!  If you’ve ever had difficulty swallowing vitamin tablets, then you too, will surely appreciate getting your vitamins in liquid form.

Good nutrition, good health, good learning. These three are inter-related and depend on each other especially when it comes to children. Good nutrition helps to build good growth and health, and good growth and health increases aptitude for learning. Educationists, too, believe that nutrition and learning are an inseparable team.

Chewable Vitamin and Chewable Supplement Manufacturers have a niche place in providing nutritional supplements for children’s growing nutritional needs. By providing a variety of chewable vitamin and chewable supplement formulas in delicious flavors and funny shapes, parents find giving a daily dose of vitamins to their kids, a piece of cake!

Chewable multi-vitamins are formulated in such a way that they must be masticated and swallowed in order for them to have maximum absorption in the body. Chewable vitamins offer increased absorption of vitamins as digestion begins as soon as enzymes in the mouth begin to act on the tablets.

Chewable Vitamins and Supplements for Children
There are a variety of multi-vitamins that can be produced for children’s specific health needs. Environmental pollution, poor nutrition, high-sugar snacks, chemicals in “junk” foods may result in nutrient deficiencies and weaken a child’s immune system. Chewable vitamins and chewable supplements can help to fill the nutritional gap children face in today’s world. Here are just a few products that can be manufactured in chewable form.

Chewable Omega 3 Supplements
Children need the omega 3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA to support healthy bones, enhance brain power, for the healthy growth of eye tissue, skin, hair and for supporting heart health.

Chewable Immune Support Supplements
These supplements may contain zinc, vitamin A, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin C along with other herbs such as Echinacea, eyebright, astragalus, golden root, elderberry, etc combined with natural fruit extracts that support immune health.

Chewable Multi-Vitamins and Minerals
A good formula for children’s chewable multi-vitamins tablets will be low in sugar content, low in calories, provide amino acids and antioxidant power along with essential vitamins and minerals. Essential vitamins include Vitamin B-complex such as biotin, pantothenic acid, niacin, folate, Vitamins, A, C, E and K as well as, Vitamin D to build healthy bones. Minerals should include iron, zinc, calcium, phosphorous, magnesium, selenium and chromium.

Minerals like iron, copper and iodine do not taste good and will not appeal to children. A good manufacturer will mask the unpleasant taste with a base of natural fruit sweeteners to make the taste more appealing to children.

Chewable Herbal Tablets
In addition to the above, formulas using a combination of vitamins, minerals and herbs or a combination of herbs could be used to manufacture a unique blend of chewable tablets for addressing specific health needs such as digestive health, brain empowering, etc, or for overall optimal health. Parents tend to prefer to use herbal and natural ingredients for their children as they offer the least side effects and work to strengthen the body’s natural defense systems.

Chewable Vitamins and Supplements for the Elderly
Not only are chewable tablets a treat for children, the elderly enjoy these, too. A variety of special formulas specifically related to senior health issues can be manufactured in the form of chewable nutritional supplements.

The elderly often have trouble swallowing tablets and yet are stuck with a daily array of tablets that must be taken. Chewable vitamins and chewable supplements can make this daily task much easier for senior people. Because chewable tablets need not be swallowed they can be also contain more nutrients in one tablet, possibly dispensing the need to take several tablets. One chewable tablet for the elderly is able to provide a broad spectrum of supplemental needs.

Manufacturers Can Help Turn Daily Pill Regimens to Chewable Treats!
Chewable vitamins are an immediate hit with children. Parents, who have had trouble getting their kids to drink liquid vitamins or swallow tablets, find chewable vitamins to be the perfect solution. If a manufacturer makes them taste as good as candy, parents will have no problems getting their kids to take a nutritional supplement. The attraction for children is in the innumerable variety of funny shapes, colors and flavors. Chewable vitamins for children can take the shape of cartoons like Pokemon, or superheroes, or other fun shapes. They can be made to taste like chocolate or mixed with naturally flavored fruit concentrates.

Chewable Vitamin and Chewable Supplement Manufacturers that can formulate a good product, mix an assortment of flavors, colors and shapes in one multi-vitamin bottle have easily got the potential for a winning product!

Elderly people are often tired of swallowing a daily regimen of tablets and prefer a chewable form of medication. They can also be just as fussy as kids where medication is concerned! Delicious flavors in chewable forms can make medication time an agreeable encounter, even for the elderly.

Chewable Vitamin and Chewable Supplement Manufacturers can help to transform the pill regimen into a pleasant daily experience. Innovative products can meet consumer demands in a market that has not reached its full potential.
