ive started taking Materna by Centrum Vitamins that are meant for pregnant ladies
my goal is that in 6-9 months i will start seeing the results
if it doesnt work then at least was staying healthy by taking vitamins, win/win

Yur not supposed to shampoo your ends it breaks it apart because it strips the natural oils from your hair. If you cut down on the amount of stuff you put in it. Use organic if you cant eat it– you shouldnt use it. Organic coconut oil works wonders when you use it! –KAI
